Mr. Jennings is a Founding Partner of Goods & Services, a technology-driven design and innovation company. At Goods & Services, Mr. Jennings drives the vision for the firm, oversees its culture, and is ultimately responsible for product craft, quality, and creativity. Mr. Jennings has been leading user experience, brand design, and business innovation projects for over two decades. Mr. Jennings combines a passion for design with an ability to formalize strategy and seamlessly integrates user experience with brand design.
Prior to founding Goods & Services, Mr. Jennings was a Group Creative Director of SapientNitro and led award winning creative teams around the globe for many of the world’s top brands.
Mr. Jennings graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ball State University.

Mr. Engebretsen has spent the past 15 years crafting and delivering holistic Brand Experience strategies for Fortune 100 brands working and living across North America, Europe, and Asia. As a Partner at Goods & Services, he helps Brands establish/re-establish their identity in a world where your experience is your brand, all underpinned by digital. Prior to joining Goods & Services, Graham held senior leadership positions at Tier 1 creative and digital agencies spanning Client Services, Brand Experience Strategy, and Program Management.
His portfolio of past and present clients include: J.P. Morgan, Citibank, MetLife, VALIC/AIG, DBS Bank, Credit Suisse, The Coca-Cola Company, Unilever, FIAT Chrysler, Harley-Davidson, NASCAR, Lane Crawford, Carter’s, & Intel.
Mr. Engebretsen received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Anthropology from Emory University.
